Worry-Free Delivery (Shipping Protection)

We offer Worry-Free Delivery at checkout as an optional add-on for added peace of mind. This service is powered by Seel and helps protect eligible orders against certain shipping issues, subject to their terms and conditions.

What Worry-Free Delivery Covers

Delay
If a domestic order is not delivered within 10 days after fulfilment, or an international order within 30 days, it may be considered delayed. Eligible claims may receive compensation of $5 USD or the equivalent in your transaction currency.

Loss
If a domestic order is not delivered within 30 days after fulfilment, or an international order within 60 days, it may be considered lost. Compensation may be up to the value of the item(s) purchased.

Damage
Covers damage during transit that makes an item unusable, such as breakage or crushing. Cosmetic damage such as minor scratches or dents is not covered. Compensation may be up to the value of the item(s) purchased.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel is not received, this may be considered a lost or stolen delivery. Additional documentation may be required to support the claim.

Important Exclusions and Limits

Coverage includes exclusions and limits based on the policy terms.

Certain product categories or value thresholds may not be eligible. The maximum payout will not exceed the value of the item(s) purchased.

Claim Time Limits

All claims must be reported within 90 days of the order date.

Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of the tracking status showing “delivered.”
Delivered but not received claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Delay claims must not be submitted earlier than 10 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) after fulfilment.

How Claims Work

If you select Worry-Free Delivery at checkout, you will receive confirmation with instructions on how to submit a claim through the designated claims portal.

If your claim meets the policy requirements, reimbursement will be processed according to the provider’s terms. If not eligible, you will be informed of the reason.

Optional Service

Worry-Free Delivery is optional and can be removed at checkout.
