Cancellation Window

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, orders are typically sent into processing with our fulfilment team and may no longer be cancelled or amended. If cancellation is not possible, you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery (where eligible).

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@doglush.com and include:

Order number
Email address used at checkout
The item(s) you wish to cancel

We will confirm by email whether your cancellation request has been successful.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Please wait for delivery and then follow our Return & Refund Policy (where eligible).

Requests After the Cut-Off

Cancellation requests received after 24 hours, or once an order has entered processing, may not be possible.

We recommend checking your order details carefully (items, size, colour, and shipping address) before completing your purchase.

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take a few business days to process and reflect the refund.
